Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using LOGAM Radio Station Limited, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you create an account, apply for membership, submit content, advertise, stream, comment, or contact the station, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the platform lawfully.

Where a separate written agreement, invoice, media booking, sponsorship form or membership approval applies, that document works together with these Terms. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement normally controls that specific service.

Services covered

LOGAM Radio may provide online radio streaming, audio/video broadcasting, program schedules, program archive, membership services, advertising, interviews, public announcements, presenter/DJ features, events, community updates and related digital tools.

Live streaming can be affected by internet service providers, hosting, power interruptions, third-party platforms, maintenance or emergency technical work. We aim to restore service quickly but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Membership, accounts and community access

Members must keep login details confidential and must not sell, transfer or share account access without written permission. LOGAM may suspend or restrict access where an account is used for abuse, fraud, spam, unlawful content, copyright infringement, harassment or conduct that damages the station or community.

Package benefits may differ by package type and by the final approval given by the station. Benefits such as airplay, interviews, adverts or featured segments depend on scheduling, content quality, broadcast suitability and availability.

Content submission and broadcast standards

When you submit music, sermons, adverts, images, interviews, comments, announcements or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it. You also permit LOGAM Radio to review, edit for format, schedule, publish, stream, archive, promote or remove that content for station operations.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Membership, advertising and promotional services are payable according to the approved invoice, package, quotation or payment instruction. A service may only be activated after payment confirmation, unless LOGAM gives written approval for another arrangement.

Because many broadcasting and promotional services involve reserved airtime, planning, production and scheduling, paid fees are generally non-refundable after activation or after work has started. LOGAM may, at its discretion, reschedule, credit or adjust a service where there is a genuine operational issue.

Zambian law, cyber conduct and electronic records

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interference with systems, malicious uploads, scraping, impersonation, account abuse, fraud or any cyber activity prohibited by applicable Zambian cyber laws.

Online forms, emails, electronic confirmations, payment records, consent records and system logs may be used as electronic records for operational, security, legal, audit and dispute-resolution purposes.
